Just to keep everyone up to date on Tuesday 01.10.08 we launched Mia-Passione, this business is for any one who wants to hire me "Nico" as a personal chef, maybe it's a dinner party,a family celebration or just for a couple who wish to dine at home but have the trimmings of a restaurant, you may choose to cook yourself but would like to have some culinary lessons to be able to cook for your guests?
